Chris Ciarniello Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
 Starting off the list is North Kingstown's  Chris Ciarniello, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday  Ciarniello made eight total tackles, good enough to  also set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 This season,  Ciarniello  has averaged 10.2 total tackles per game. It gets even more impressive:  after five games last season,  he was only averaging 12.8  receiving yards per game. This year he is averaging 46.2  receiving yards.

Jeremy Seidi and Co. Win Third in a Row
 Bishop Hendricken picked up their third consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Jeremy Seidi. Seidi was dynamite, picking up  a  sack and making five total tackles. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 62 yards.
 This season,  Seidi  has averaged 4.1 total tackles per game  and for the season has 4 sacks. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 1.43  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 61.29  rushing yards.

Cornell Posts Huge Game in  28-21  Defeat
 Cranston West had to settle for second  on Friday, but  Kelan Cornell sure wasn't going down easily. Barrington had no answer to  Cornell  as he threw for 190 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown.
 On the year,  Cornell  has thrown 11 touchdowns while averaging 151.9 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 96.29  passing yards per game.

Armand Northup-Reed Makes It Two for St. Raphael Academy
 Another St. Raphael Academy player making an appearance on this list is  Armand Northup-Reed. He picked up 68 receiving yards.
