Grand Junction is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Durango is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Tigers will welcome the Demons at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Grand Junction knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Durango likes a good challenge.
Grand Junction's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over Glenwood Springs. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won seven games by eight runs or more so far this season.
Kolton Music looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

Grand Junction kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 11 hits in four consecutive contests.

Dawson McInnes was excellent, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Bunker, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.
Grand Junction has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Durango, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3.
Everything went Grand Junction's way against Durango when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Grand Junction made off with a 13-2 win. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Demons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
