Daphne came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 62-46 victory over the Robertsdale Golden Bears. Given the Trojans' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 75th, while the Golden Bears are ranked 324th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Robertsdale lost, don't look at Koehn Turner. Despite the final result, he went 7 for 15 on his way to 16 points and three blocks. The dominant performance gave Turner a new career-high in points. Demetrius Prim was another key player, putting up four points and five rebounds.

Daphne pushed their record up to 12-7 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Robertsdale, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.
