Dickson had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They strolled past Lone Grove with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 34-18. Lone Grove can consider this payback for the 27-47 loss they dealt Dickson the last time the teams encountered one another. This was the first game for both teams, giving Dickson a 1-0 record and starting Lone Grove off at 0-1.
In two weeks, Dickson take on Ringling at 7:00 PM. As for Lone Grove, they will face of against Davis.
