Fremd had won ten straight games dating back to last season and Lily Mayer did her part to make it 11 on Thursday. The Vikings were the clear victors by a 30-6 margin over the Prospect Knights thanks in part to Mayer, who rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also threw for 217 yards and a pair of TDs. Her rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked her third straight game with at least 138 rushing yards.

Fremd's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Prospect, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Fremd has already played their next matchup, a 7-6 defeat against Whitney Young on the 5th. As for Prospect, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 20-9 win against Crane Medical on the 5th.
