After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lithonia, the Miller Grove Wolverines were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They walked away with a 5-3 win over Hapeville Charter. The high-scoring effort was just what Miller Grove needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.
The win got Miller Grove back to even at 1-1. As for Hapeville Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Miller Grove will be playing at home against Stone Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hapeville Charter, they will head out on the road to challenge Banneker at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
