The S & S Consolidated Rams fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They took their match on the road on Saturday with ease, bagging a 75-33 victory over Trinity. With that win, S & S Consolidated brought their scoring average up to 51.7 points per game.
S & S Consolidated can attribute much of their success to Brayden Turner, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 10 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Turner has scored at least 25% of S & S Consolidated's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Lewis, who scored 6 points along with 5 rebounds.
S & S Consolidated's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Trinity, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. S & S Consolidated will take on Tom Bean at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Tom Bean focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Tuesday. As for Trinity, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Life Christian at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th.
