The Pretty Prairie Bulldogs suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Monday. They were beaten by Little River 71-42. While losing is never fun, Pretty Prairie can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 202nd, while Little River is ranked 42nd).
It was another big night for Arika Feldman, who almost dropped a triple-double on 26 points, nine rebounds, and ten steals for Little River. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Feldman has scored all season. Alaina Eck was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with eight assists and five steals.
Pretty Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Little River, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Berean Academy the next time they take the court. Pretty Prairie will host Berean Academy on Tuesday, while Little River will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
