The biggest upset of the week belonged to Lincoln County, who took down 143rd ranked Franklin County, 24-14. Matt Beddingfield threw for 102 yards and one touchdown and ran for 97 yards in the win.
The Falcons moved up to 141 from 177 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in AAA District 8. Lincoln County was able to make the jump by besting the Rebels 24-14.
Josh Whitaker was the best wideout in the league this week as Don Thomas' team bested Franklin County. Whitaker racked up seven receptions for 102 yards.
Justin Brown put up the best numbers through the air as Tullahoma defeated Shelbyville Central. He finished with a total of nine completions for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Brown's favorite target this week was Zane Price, who caught five passes for 84 yards.
The Wildcats' Brown and Price have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Brown has thrown for 1393 yards this season, while Price has 35 catches for 506 yards. Koleton Nunley from Coach Carr's team leads the league in rushing with 724 yards.
Tullahoma took down the Golden Eagles 28-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Brown ran for 37 yards in the win.
