Volleyball Recap: Chester Has No Trouble Against York Prep

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mid-Carolina, Chester was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the York Prep Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win. This was a revenge game for the Cyclones: when they faced off against the Patriots back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-10, 25-16.

Chester's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for York Prep, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Chester has already played their next contest (against Clinton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for York Prep, they will head out to square off against Buford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
