Wheatland-Chili was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight  loss. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pembroke Dragons.  Wheatland-Chili was without their leading scorer,  Padraig Crowley, in Saturday's   contest. With  Crowley sidelined,  Javier Ellington got his first action of the season.
 Wheatland-Chili's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Pembroke, their  win (their first of the  season) made their record 1-4-1.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wheatland-Chili will head out to  take on Perry  at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Perry will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something Wheatland-Chili surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pembroke, they will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Attica at 7:00  p.m.
