Carver scaled the state rankings by moving to 87 from 207 this week, the biggest jump in 2A Conference 7. The Yellowjackets were able to make move up by beating Mount Tabor 41-28.
West Stokes took down McMichael 41-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Alex Manley threw for 55 yards and ran for 45 yards in the win.
The Wildcats' dynamic duo of Manley and Ricky Kirchenbauer proved to be unstoppable against the Phoenix, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.

Sawyers was the most successful running back in the league this week. He ran for 192 yards on 28 carries as the Falcons bested McMichael. Teammate Tyler Holden added to the ground attack by rushing for 115 yards.
Jacob Bratcher was a key player and the best on defense this week as West Stokes beat the Phoenix. The 6-foot-0 defensive lineman grabbed 2.0 sacks.
Manley put up the best numbers through the air as the Wildcats bested McMichael.
West Stokes' Manley and Kirchenbauer have formed a dream team this season, leading 2A Conference 7 in both passing and receiving yards. 6-1 quarterback Manley has thrown for 226 yards this season, while Kirchenbauer has 7 catches for 137 yards. South Stokes's Jaquan Martin leads the league in rushing yards with 427.
Carver made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 2,882 from 6,868. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 41-28 victory over the Spartans last week.
