For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Bellarmine College Prep and St. Ignatius College Preparatory meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. The Bellarmine College Prep Bells were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Bells this season.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-15, 25-20.

Luke Bosanac paced Bellarmine College Prep's offense, picking up eight kills. Bosanac got some help from Cole Morgan and his 12 assists.

Bellarmine College Prep now has a winning record of 6-5. As for St. Ignatius College Preparatory, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
