The Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles will square off against the Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
Community Christian Academy hit Pinnacle Classical Academy with a six-run fourth inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 10-9.

Jake McNeilly and Keegan McIntyre were huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. On the mound, McNeilly struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and only one walk). Meanwhile, McIntyre struck out seven batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off four hits. McNeilly also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Pinnacle Classical Academy is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-6 otherwise. At the plate, McNeilly went 2-for-5 with one triple, two RBI, and one run, while McIntyre went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases and two runs.
In other batting news, Jackson Houser made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Kistler, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run.
Meanwhile, Mountain View Christian Academy came tearing into Friday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Conquerors 16-5. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Like Pinnacle Classical Academy, Mountain View Christian Academy also got a great game from a two-way player: Jaxon Spencer. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Spencer was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last nine games he's played.
In other batting news, Jaydon Owens was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May of 2025. Another player making a difference was Joshua Owens, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with five stolen bases and three runs.
Mountain View Christian Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in three consecutive contests.
Mountain View Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Pinnacle Classical Academy, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
Everything went Pinnacle Classical Academy's way against Mountain View Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in March of 2025, as Pinnacle Classical Academy made off with a 12-3 win. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
