Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Great Mills Hornets walked away with it. They came out on top against Long Reach by a score of 26-13 on Friday. The victory was nothing new for Great Mills as they're now sitting on three straight.
Donovan Bryan was on fire: he rushed for 241 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 12.1 yards per carry.
Great Mills' victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Long Reach, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 6-4.
Great Mills will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against North Point at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th. North Point will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive. Long Reach does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
