Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bloomburg). They blew past the Avinger Indians 57-30 on Saturday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Despite the loss, Avinger still got an impressive performance from Darryl Davis, who posted seven points.

Bloomburg's win ended a 13-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-13. As for Avinger, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bloomburg will head out to take on Avery at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Avinger, they will challenge Sulphur Bluff at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
