There's no place like home for East Rowan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 56-34 margin over the North Rowan Cavaliers on Thursday. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 22 points or more this season.

Loss or not, North Rowan got some senior leadership from Dasia Elder and Krisstyle Stockton. Elder posted 13 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals, while Stockton scored 13 points along with eight boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kanya Cowan, who had five points.

East Rowan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.9 points per game. As for North Rowan, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

East Rowan has already played their next game, a 71-51 win against Concord on the 17th. North Rowan has also already played their next contest (against Salisbury), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
