Lyndan Flanary put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Monday. He struck out ten batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Flanary's effort led Holmes County over Chipley and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
