Jaden Avery and Co. Win Seventh in a Row
Apex Friendship picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jaden Avery. Avery rushed for 228 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 66 yards.
Apex Friendship's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Avery's next game is against Middle Creek on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.
