There's no place like home for the Upper Dauphin Area Trojans, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against East Juniata by a score of 43-35 on Thursday. For Upper Dauphin Area, this counts as revenge for the 65-30 loss East Juniata walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2023.
East Juniata's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Samuel Kopacki, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kopacki has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Clark Ritzman, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Upper Dauphin Area's victory bumped their record up to 2-14. As for East Juniata, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.
Upper Dauphin Area will head out on the road to take on Line Mountain at 7:30 a.m. on Monday. Line Mountain is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for East Juniata, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Camp Hill at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
