Frontier School of Excellence and the  are an even 5-5 against one another  since December of 2017, but  not for long. Frontier School of Excellence will look to defend their home court  on Monday against Ozanam at 4:30  p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the pair posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.
 It may have taken  overtime to finish the job, but Frontier School of Excellence ultimately got the result they hoped for  on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a  69-66  victory over Training Center Christian. With that  win, Frontier School of Excellence brought their scoring average up to 51  points per game.
 Frontier School of Excellence can attribute much of their success to   Mohamed Yussuf, who  scored 17 points, and   Henry Uti, who  scored 18 points. Uti hasn't dropped below 18 points for three straight games.  Abdi Dahir was another key contributor,  scoring 12 points.
 Ozanam can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game  on Thursday. They breezed by Guadalupe Centers at home  to the tune of  59-20. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  win Ozanam has managed all season.
  Talan Olmstead was  his usual excellent self,  dropping  a double-double on 18 points and 22  rebounds. He also  posted eight  assists for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was  Skylar Horn, who  scored 17 points along with three  steals.
 Frontier School of Excellence's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Ozanam, their win bumped their record up to 7-10.
 Frontier School of Excellence couldn't quite finish off the  in their previous meeting  back in December of 2023 and fell  44-41. Will Frontier School of Excellence have more luck at home instead of on the road?  Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
