Barstow will be defending their home turf for the first time on Thursday when they go up against Apple Valley at 3:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Barstow had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 14-0 win over Highland.
Meanwhile, Apple Valley were fully in charge last Thursday, breezing past Hemet 46-0. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (43) and coasted on those for the victory.
