The Notre Dame Spartans typically have all the answers at home, but on Wednesday the East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves proved too difficult a challenge. They snuck past the Spartans with a 77-72 win. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
East Stroudsburg North was led to victory by Nate Wilder and Bryceson Dobie. Wilder scored 28 points, while Dobie scored 35 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dobie has scored all season. Ozias Washington was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
East Stroudsburg North's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 10-5.
East Stroudsburg North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Notre Dame, they will head out on the road to face off against North Warren Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
