Softball Recap: Ravenna Beats Orange for Their Third Straight Win

Ravenna extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 10-11 in the process. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Orange Lions. Considering the Ravens have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Orange, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. Having soared to a lofty 19 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Orange's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sarah Korland, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double. That double was Korland's first of the season.

Coming up, Ravenna will take on Lake Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orange, they will challenge Streetsboro at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
