Bishop Eustace Prep moved up to 210 from 257 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in West Jersey - Royal. The Crusaders were able to move up by defeating Cumberland 10-0.
Deptford fell to Delsea 42-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Bishop Eustace Prep's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tim McConnell threw for 123 yards and Chris Smith had 31 yards receiving. On the ground McConnell chipped in 78 yards. Vinny Papale helped Bishop Eustace Prep's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 30 yards.
Robert Cormier's team's dynamic duo of McConnell and Smith proved to be unstoppable against the Colts, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Papale helped Bishop Eustace Prep's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 30 yards.
Woodrow Wilson's Tymir Walker and Daeshon Davis led the league in both passing and receiving yards. Walker has thrown for 431 yards this season, while Davis, a 5-foot-6 receiver, has 13 catches for 360 yards. McConnell from the Crusaders leads the league in rushing with 199 yards.
Bishop Eustace Prep made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,653 from 9,314. The advance stemmed from a 10-0 victory over Cumberland last week.
