The Brattleboro Bears's game on Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top against Mount Greylock Regional by a score of 51-38.
Keagan Systo was the offensive standout of the contest as he scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Johnathon Haskins, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds.
The win got Brattleboro back to even at 1-1. As for Mount Greylock Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brattleboro will square off against Woodstock at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mount Greylock Regional, they will head out on the road to face off against Franklin County Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
