Heritage is 8-2 against Arapahoe since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Warriors at 4:00 p.m. Arapahoe took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Heritage, who comes in off a win.
On Tuesday, Heritage got the win against Chatfield by a conclusive 15-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.
Camden Nichols looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).

At the plate, Elliott Milstead was a standout: he went 4-for-5 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was James Kellogg, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI.
Heritage always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .634. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Chatfield only posted an OBP of .379.
Meanwhile, Arapahoe came up short against Douglas County on Wednesday and fell 10-5.
Arapahoe saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mas Nigro, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Pierson Stefani was another, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Heritage's record now sits at 2-0. As for Arapahoe, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
Heritage got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March of 2025 against Arapahoe by a conclusive 15-5 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
