While Hoxie's win against Osceola wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mustangs skirted past the Seminoles 13-12. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Mustangs considering their one-run performance the match before.

Jackson Stowers was incredible, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Nichols, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Hoxie kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are 2-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

Hoxie's victory ended an eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-13. As for Osceola, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16-1.

Hoxie didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 15-0 defeat against Harrisburg on the 26th. Osceola does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
