Monmouth-Roseville lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jake Steele, who scored eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Almaguer, who scored seven points along with two steals.
Monmouth-Roseville dropped their record down to 13-13 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Morrison, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-15 record this season.
