Summit Tamalpais not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 10, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Leadership Public Schools Richmond Pumas 3-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Timberwolves as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

While Summit Tamalpais won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-7, 26-24.

Summit Tamalpais' win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Leadership Public Schools Richmond, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3.

Coming up, Summit Tamalpais will head out on the road to take on Making Waves Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Leadership Public Schools Richmond, they will host Envision Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
