For the second straight game, Westside will face off against Wren. Westside will challenge Wren at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Westside is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.

Westside made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Wren, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Westside put the hurt on Wren with a sharp 11-1 victory on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly ten runs.

Jazelyn Robinson was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Robinson was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run marked the first that she launched this season.

In other batting news, Ryann Sanders was incredible, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Starlyn Clardy was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

Westside hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They are 3-1 when they post two or more strikeouts.

Westside pushed their record up to 6-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Wren, they moved to 7-4 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
