Southern Fulton is 8-2 against Forbes Road since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Indians will venture away from home to face off against Forbes Road at 4:30 p.m. Southern Fulton is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
On Tuesday, Southern Fulton made easy work of North Star and carried off a 16-1 win. Considering the Indians have won seven matchups by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Brooks Norris was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Norris was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one double. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
In other pitching news, Cam Cain looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits.
Back at the plate, Jett Burger was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season. Joel Fitz was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Southern Fulton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .724. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Forbes Road fell victim to Everett and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Warriors, falling 10-0. Forbes Road has struggled against Everett recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.
Southern Fulton's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-0. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Forbes Road, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
Southern Fulton took their victory against Forbes Road in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 13-2 score. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do Forbes Road have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
