The Wrightstown Tigers will face off against the Marinette Marines at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wrightstown's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Marinette's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
Wrightstown headed into their last contest having not scored more than two runs for three straight, but Denmark let them put that streak behind them. The Tigers blew past the Vikings 11-1 on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won five matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Jacob Miller made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Wrightstown is 3-1 when Miller allows two or fewer earned runs, but 3-4 otherwise. Miller was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
In other batting news, Wrightstown got a big performance out of Rogan Thompson, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Mason Vande Hey was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
Wrightstown always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .528. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Marinette posted their closest victory since April 16th on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 win over Xavier.
Chase MacGregor was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Levi Hanson, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI.
Marinette's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Wrightstown, they moved to 6-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
