Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask High Point Christian Academy). They never let the Covenant Day Lions get on the board and left with  a   65-0  victory  on Friday. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by 20  points or more this season.
 Jaylen Moore produced another solid  effort rushing for 174 yards and five  TDs on only 13 carries, while also picking up 59 receiving yards and one  touchdown. That's the most  rushing touchdowns  he has posted since back in November of 2024.  Hez Krider was another key player, gaining 122 total yards and two touchdowns.
 They were just one part of a punishing run game: High Point Christian Academy was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 323  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 267  rushing yards in four consecutive  contests.
 High Point Christian Academy's defense stepped up as well, laying out  Carson Massey six times. The heavy lifting was done by  Dorian Parker and  Micah Russell, who racked up  five sacks between them.
High Point Christian Academy pushed their record up to 10-0 with the  win, which was their sixth straight  at home. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 46.5 points over those games. As for Covenant Day,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 2-8.
