Despite the loss, Roane County still got an impressive performance from Cam Cumpston, who went 8 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 30 points and 2 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Cumpston has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Odle, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Roane County bumped their record down to 4-6 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.3 points per game. As for Webster County, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
Roane County will head out on the road to face off against St. Marys at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Webster County, they will be playing at home against Clay County at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
