The Butte Valley Bulldogs's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Happy Camp Indians at 6:00 p.m. on February 5th. Butte Valley has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 174 points over their last three matchups.
Butte Valley's and the 's match on Friday was close at halftime, but the Bulldogs turned on the heat in the second half with 32 points. Everything went Butte Valley's way against the as the Bulldogs made off with a 56-36 win.
Meanwhile, Happy Camp beat the Honkers 50-37 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Happy Camp.
Butte Valley is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Happy Camp, their victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2.
Butte Valley couldn't quite finish off the Indians in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 and fell 38-35. Can Butte Valley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
