Aubrey Prickett was dynamite on Thursday, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fifth in a row with two or fewer walks. This year, she has an ERA of 1.96 over 25 innings pitched.

Prickett's strong effort led Tonganoxie over Atchison and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Chieftains are a perfect 5-0 against the Phoenix going back to May of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
