Beech Grove found a leader in Caron Parks as the team took down Speedway on Friday. Parks produced his best game of the campaign: he rushed for 233 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. He is becoming a predictor of Beech Grove's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Parks and Beech Grove will look to defend their home field on Friday against Triton Central at 7:00 p.m. Parks will face off against Braden Brown, the Tigers' star running back. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
