Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Peighton Arlt stepped things up a notch to give Plainview the 'W'. Arlt posted seven points with a shooting accuracy of 60%, which was good enough to set a new career-high in field goal percentage.

Looking ahead, Arlt and Plainview are taking a road trip to challenge Laurel-Concord-Coleridge at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates have some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since December of 2017, but a win here would be a good start.
