Shenandoah is 9-1 against Hagerstown since August of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Last Friday, Shenandoah got the win against Park Tudor by a conclusive 41-21. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raiders.

09/12/25 vs Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian | 91 |
08/22/25 vs Bluffton | 55 |

Cash Cowley produced another solid performance rushing for 223 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 9.7 yards per carry, and also picking up 32 receiving yards and two TDs. Those 223 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jarrett Helman, who threw for 203 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Shenandoah proved: they limited Park Tudor to a paltry 3.1 yards per carry. The team can thank Helman for the heroic effort on defense: he. Shenandoah didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged eight.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hagerstown). They blew past Cambridge City Lincoln 76-12 on Friday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Golden Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Hagerstown found their leader in freshman Lincoln Small, who rushed for 92 yards and four scores on only five carries. Jaxon Hale was another key player, rushing for 91 yards and a pair of TDs.
Hagerstown didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Graham Vinson, Nick Tinkle, Ty Lieberman, and Ben Hokey picked up one apiece.
Hagerstown now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Shenandoah, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.
Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Shenandoah has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 195 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Hagerstown struggles in that department as they've been averaging 215.2 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Shenandoah didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Hagerstown in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, but they still walked away with an 8-2 victory. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
