 Leading Northland to victory were  Diante James and  Nehemiah McMorris.  James  went 5 of 11  to rack up 22 points in addition to seven  assists and four  steals, while  McMorris  went 9 for 19  en route to 22  points and seven  rebounds. James is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed two or more in the last ten games he's  played.  Owan Mburugu was another key player,  putting up eight  points and eight  boards.
Northland's victory was  their seventh straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 16-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 70.9 points over those games. As for Linden-McKinley,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-14.
