There's no place like home for McCurtain, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Braggs Wildcats by a score of 7-4 on Friday. That three run margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

Avery Jones and Jackson Blaylock did most of the damage at the plate: Jones got on base in two of his three plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run, while Blaylock got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one RBI.

McCurtain moved to 3-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Braggs, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McCurtain will challenge Keota at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lions have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.17 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Braggs, they will welcome Leflore at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
