Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cornerstone Family). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Whitefield Academy Lions 49-10. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-7.

Cornerstone Family moved to 8-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Whitefield Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.

Cornerstone Family will take on Marais des Cygnes Valley at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th. As for Whitefield Academy, they and Shawnee Mission Christian will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played.
