Harrisonville extended the longest winning streak in Missouri River Valley - West this week by beating Nevada, 35-25. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Harrisonville led the league in scoring this week after putting up 35 points on the Tigers.
Pleasant Hill's Josh Shewmaker and Dillan Findley have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Shewmaker has thrown for 999 yards this season, while Findley, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 30 catches for 505 yards. Oak Grove's Aaron Graham leads the league in rushing yards with 1810.
Sylvestor Harbour III has rushed for 925 yards on 118 carries so far this year.
Odessa made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,284 from 7,694.
