Softball Recap: Beau Chene Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Beau Chene entered their tilt with West St. Mary on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Wolfpack get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. Considering the Gators have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Bailey Hardy made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Hardy was also big at the plate, earning one run and two stolen bases.

In other batting news, Beau Chene got a massive performance out of Kamryn Lee, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Izzy Simeral, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs.

Beau Chene kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in April of 2025.

Beau Chene's record now sits at 15-4. As for West St. Mary, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Beau Chene will challenge Northside Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for West St. Mary, they will head out to challenge Loreauville at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
