Karsyn Coleman made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Coleman was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Bella Warren, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Tori Nikirk, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Bedford North Lawrence kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in five consecutive matches.

Floyd Central took their win against Bedford North Lawrence when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 12-1 score.
