The Regent Prep had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 46.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past Pioneer-Pleasant Vale 52-6 on the road. Given Regent Prep's advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings (they are ranked fifth, while Pioneer-Pleasant Vale is ranked 39th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Regent Prep's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Pioneer-Pleasant Vale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
Regent Prep will be playing in front of their home fans against Depew at 7:00 p.m. on November 10th. Depew is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Pioneer-Pleasant Vale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
