 Meanwhile, Bishop McGuinness put the finishing touches on their sixth blowout victory of the season  on Thursday. They put the hurt on Putnam City North with a sharp  10-2 victory.
 The team  relied heavily on  Mikey Iglinski, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaleb Anderson, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Bethany's loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 12-7-1. As for Bishop McGuinness, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won eight of their last ten games,  which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record  this season.
