Peyton Thomas Goes Supernova in Cypress Ranch Victory
Starting off the list is Cypress Ranch's Peyton Thomas, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Thomas rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 32 receiving yards and a touchdown. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2023.
On the season, Thomas has caught those 1 touchdown while averaging 12.8 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after 11 games last season, he was only averaging 31.82 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 82.64 rushing yards.

Bridgeland picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Jett Lewis. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Bridgeland pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Lewis and Bridgeland will face off against Conroe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Niklas Fisher Delivers Best Effort of Season
Cypress Ranch was led to victory by Niklas Fisher, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Fisher picked up 0.5 sacks, made seven total tackles, and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.
For the season, Fisher has averaged 7.1 total tackles per game and for the season has 4 sacks. He is looking even better than he did last year: after ten games last season, he was only averaging 1.9 total tackles per game.

While Darien Rogers delivered a dominant performance on Thursday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Cypress Woods. Nobody could stop Rogers as he threw for 249 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 38 yards.
This season, Rogers has thrown 28 touchdowns while averaging 207.9 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 13 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 45.73 rushing yards.

Hinze Came Up Big in Bridgeland's 24-17 Win
Bridgeland picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Caden Hinze. Nobody could stop Hinze as he picked up 83 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
On the year, Hinze has caught 10 touchdowns while averaging 45.9 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had four receiving touchdowns.
