Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Bermudian Springs). They blew past the York County Tech Spartans 23-12 on Friday. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the   6-5 win the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in March of 2016.
 Bermudian Springs got a  massive  performance out of  Makayla Reese, who  scored four  runs and  stole four bases while going 4-for-4. Those  four  stolen bases gave  Reese a new career-high.  Katelyn Willow was another key player,  scoring four  runs and  stealing four bases while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances.
Bermudian Springs pushed their record up to 5-8 with the  victory, which was their fifth straight  at home. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for York County Tech,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-6.
 Coming up, Bermudian Springs will take on Fairfield at 4:15  p.m.  on Monday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least ten  runs  in their last three games. As for York County Tech, they will challenge Delone Catholic at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday.
